Right off the bat I’m getting that minerality... which makes sense since El Negocio is 30% Tahona crushed and 70% Roller Mill.
I get a ton of cooked agave, a little bit of cinnamon, a little bit of citrus. It smells really nice. For flavor it’s definitely a little more earthy and grassy. I also get cooked agave and a little bit of lemon zest and it’s really easy to drink.
This is another winner out of... NOM 1123. So if you see a bottle of El Negocio, I highly recommend it.
